In between snow storms, Dave's parents made the drive across Pennsylvania and through Ohio to come visit with us.
I was happy that the weather had enough of a break for them to make the trip safely.
Dave had to work during most of their visit and the weather was not very favorable, so most of our time was spent at the house. We did venture out for food, visiting Original House of Pancakes, Jason's Deli, Capital Grille, Skyline Chili, and IHOP. We like to eat :)
Sunday morning we braved the snow and headed out for breakfast. Our little lady who loves to eat was being rather picky, but we got her to eat a few bites. On the way home from the restaurant she got sick all over Nanny and Pap Pap's new car. After getting cleaned up it was time for a nap before cheering on the Eagles.
Sophia had a great time playing with her Grandparents and showing them all of her new tricks.
Nanny and Pap Pap brought Sophia's Christmas presents so we surprised her with gifts when she woke up from her nap.
Our only mistake was having her new car as the first thing she saw - it took her awhile to open any other gifts.
I think she was thrilled with her presents!
Although it is hard being so far from our families, we always have a great time when we get together.
Looking forward to our next visit in warmer weather!
